  • Tab titles and URLs – stored when you save tabs or create workspaces
  • Favicon URLs – used to display tab icons
  • Custom notes or descriptions – any text you add to saved tabs
  • Workspace names – names and organization of your tab collections
3. Usage Information
  • Recently closed tabs – tracked locally to help you recover them
  • Tab activity – basic info on which tabs you interact with
  • Settings and preferences – your chosen extension options
4. Local Storage
Most data is stored locally in your browser and never sent to our servers unless you sign in to enable cloud sync.

Cookies

Tab Manager does not use cookies for tracking or analytics.
Instead, it uses Chrome’s built-in chrome.storage API to store:

  • Your preferences and settings

  • Recently closed tabs

  • Saved tabs and workspaces (locally or in the cloud if you sign in)

  • Authentication tokens (when logged in)

All stored data remains within your browser and is never used to track you across sites.
